20.3.If you are a consumer and there is a dispute or claim between you and us relating to these terms of use or our relationship, you can bring the matter to the courts of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on your residency.

20.4.If you are a business, any disputes about these terms of use, our relationship, or related matters (whether contractual or otherwise) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
